                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO EXTEND 
                  THE EXISTING CONTRACT WITH CLM ENGINEERING, 
                  RELATIVE TO THE WAREHOUSE ROW EXPANSION, FOR A 
                  CONSIDERATION OF FIVE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED 
                  DOLLARS ($5,200.00), IN ADDITION TO RELATED 
                  REASONABLE OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to extend the 
       existing Contract with CLM Engineering, relative to the Warehouse 
       Row Expansion, for a consideration of $5,200.00, in addition to 
       related reasonable out-of-pocket expenses.
